Job Description
Customer Experience Representative supporting Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and resolve issues. Collaborating with team members to enhance service strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Support Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service strategies and outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
