Fuel Sparteo’s international growth by recruiting top-tier talents in the Programmatic ecosystem. Act as a strategic partner while optimizing and automating the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Fuel Sparteo’s international growth by identifying, hunting, and closing top-tier talents in the Programmatic ecosystem.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our leaders while continuously optimizing and automating our recruitment machine to ensure efficiency and speed.
  • Map the ecosystem of SSPs, DSPs, and Adtech competitors to identify potential targets.
  • Craft hyper-personalized outreach sequences to engage passive candidates in a highly competitive niche.
  • Build and nurture a healthy talent pool for recurring needs (Account Managers, AdOps, Developers), anticipating future growth.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and automation to optimize workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record recruiting in the Adtech / Programmatic industry (Buy-side or Sell-side knowledge).
  • A "Builder" mentality. You enjoy setting up processes and using automation to work smarter, not harder.
  • Strong communication skills to act as a Culture Ambassador.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2) and French is mandatory.
