Job Description
Talent Sourcer identifying and engaging technical talent across Europe for Nagarro's growth. Collaborating with acquisition specialists and maintaining candidate databases to support recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates for technical roles using multiple channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and meaningful conversations about opportunities at Nagarro
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to align on profiles, sourcing strategies, and market insights
- Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when needed
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles
- Strong research and Boolean search skills; familiarity with professional networking and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Curious about technology and motivated to learn about different roles and skill sets
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
