Job Description

Operations support role for Teams & Education Supergroup at Canva. Empowering creativity and collaboration for every learner with strategic operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving Operational Cadence & Goal Delivery
  • Build and maintain robust operational rhythms for T&E, ensuring our teams have clarity, visibility, and accountability toward delivering our Supergroup and company-level goals.
  • Partner with Group Leadership to drive planning, execution and progress tracking across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity by breaking big picture projects into manageable, trackable workstreams.
  • Championing Exceptional Communication & Vibes
  • Act as the communication conduit across teams, ensuring the right people have the right context at the right time.
  • Distill complexity into simple, engaging updates for audiences across all levels — from group-wide messages to leadership briefings.
  • Help shape the cultural heartbeat of T&E through consistent positive energy, strong relationships, and exceptional interpersonal leadership.
  • Designing & Delivering Events, Rituals & Bonding
  • Support leads in designing and delivering impactful onsites, team forums, and other connection rituals.
  • Support celebration and connection by supporting our teams to coordinate team bonding, celebrations, milestone recognition and Supergroup-wide moments of magic.
  • Oversee relevant budgets and ensure celebrations and cultural initiatives are thoughtful, inclusive and aligned to our values.
  • Support with the coordianation of Group/Supergroup level All Hands, Show & Tells and other large scale forums.
  • Owning Cross-Functional Programs & Special Initiatives
  • Take full ownership of high-impact cross-functional programs that need clarity, momentum, and strong coordination.
  • Support leads in building and delivering strategic programs and seasonal initiatives.
  • Anticipate emerging friction points and proactively design lightweight solutions, experiments and improvements.
  • Celebrating Impact & Telling Our Story
  • Track, synthesise and communicate progress and business impact across multiple audiences — from team-level comms to group-wide all-hands.
  • Surface wins, celebrate milestones, and help the team feel connected to the goals we’re achieving together.

Requirements:

  • You have some experience in enablement, ops, project/program management, ideally within a tech or scale-up environment.
  • You excel at operational excellence — rhythms, systems, documentation, workflows and scalable processes are your love language.
  • You bring great energy and a great vibe — uplifting those around you and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture.
  • You’re excited by the opportunity to leverage AI to automate, optimise and elevate operational impact.
  • You are a relationship-building powerhouse, able to establish trust quickly with senior leaders, peers, and cross-functional partners.
  • You can bring clarity to ambiguity, making sense of shifting priorities and driving alignment amidst change.
  • You have some experience in Organisational Change Management & Communications.
