Job Description
Consultant technique Servicenow optimizing production activities for clients at Inetum. Involves implementing ServiceNow solutions and coordinating communications among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of technological developments and new ServiceNow features
- Participate in facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and documenting projects
- Implement, configure and optimize the ServiceNow solution across various modules
- Organize and support user acceptance testing; participate in go-live and the transition phase
- Contribute to recommending technical solutions adapted to functional needs and the client’s technical environment
- Ensure that best practices are followed and that procedures comply with quality and regulatory requirements
- Maintain regular communication and coordination among the different stakeholders
Requirements:
- Hold at least a Bac+3 (Bachelor's) degree in IT and have more than 2 years’ experience in IT and/or in a client-facing role
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices, or experience in business process analysis and design
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or another programming language
- Required personal qualities: communication, negotiation, attention to detail and rigor, organizational and prioritization skills, decision-making ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
