Job Description
Technical Sales Professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE at Hitachi Solutions. Leading solution design and presales activities to drive client transformation in various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Deliver tailored solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and bid defenses.
- Develop solution architectures and implementation strategies aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Advise on integration with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and Azure services.
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 CE features, AI-driven enhancements, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with sales teams and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
