Job Description
VP Chief Audit Officer developing audit functions and risk management strategies for Prime Therapeutics. Leading compliance and operational audits while collaborating with executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the internal audit function for the organization
- Plan and conduct compliance, financial and operational audits
- Maintain and strengthen a world-class internal control environment
- Direct the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program
- Oversee risk assessment, audit planning, and execution of audit plans
- Foster a culture of proactive risk management across the organization
- Communicate audit reports and recommendations to executive leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SSAE SOC1 audit plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related area of study
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
- 15 years' work experience in business or finance including 8 years PBM or healthcare experience
- 10 years of leadership/people management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
