Responsibilities:
- The Workplace Engineer will be part of the Windows Infrastructure team, contributing to the integration and deployment of managed devices using various deployment tools
- Collaborate on the design and deployment of strategic projects
- Participate in the setup of infrastructures and write the associated documentation
- Become the technical point of reference for Workplace and Infrastructure
- Propose innovative solutions to meet business needs
- Management, administration and Tier 3 (L3) support/analysis of workstations and infrastructures
- Installation and configuration of security components in collaboration with SecOps/Cybersecurity engineers
- Implementation and continuous evolution of infrastructure and workplace monitoring
- Ensure formalization and follow-up of team members and act as a driving force for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Degree from an engineering school or a Master’s degree in IT
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Modern Workplace Engineer
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure tools such as SCCM
- Excellent understanding of Active Directory / EntraID
- Experience with Intune Autopilot, White Glove and Windows Hello
- Experience with Azure Active Directory synchronization processes
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of applications: asset management and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Fluent in French and English.
