Job Description
Support senior strategists in creative projects at a growth-focused marketing firm.
Responsibilities:
- Support Creative Strategists with day-to-day tasks across various brands and creative types: User Generated Content, Brand Campaigns, Brand Videos, Digital Banners Etc.
- Translate pitch decks and concept slides into actionable creative briefs for designers and editors using Power Digital’s standard process in Figma and Google Docs
- Write and adapt scripts for UGC creators based on finalized concepts.
- Assist with UGC content development, contributing to content creator selection, copywriting support and occasionally content ideas.
- Evaluate UGC video submissions to ensure alignment with the creative brief and provide detailed feedback or reshoot guidance when needed.
- Select UGC clips and brief editors to align with the original UGC concept and brand messaging.
- Assist in interpreting creative KPIs and pulling light insights to inform performance-based optimizations
- Apply a basic understanding of Meta and TikTok A/B ad testing to creative ideation and script adjustments
Requirements:
- Familiarity with paid social ad strategy and Ads Manager basics
- Comfortable with occasionally pulling creative reports in Motion
- Comfortable using tools such as Figma, Google Docs, Asana, and Motion
- Knowledge of how creative ladders up to brand strategy and KPIs
- Understands Meta and TikTok creative trends
- Comfortable with writing scripts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Passion for digital storytelling and a desire to grow within creative strategy
