Job Description
As an Oncology KAM, drive adoption and growth for oncology products through key account management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top priority high strategic value accounts
- Develop in-depth knowledge of each assigned customer account
- Driving and executing a strategic account plan for the top accounts
- Support clinical, economic and operational advocacy
- Coordinate with internal cross functional teams for account strategy development
- Collaborate with sales, medical, and marketing teams to align strategies
Requirements:
- B.A. / B.S. degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on the job (~50% of travel given field-based role)
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of current/ recent key account management experience in oncology field
- Effective leadership skills
- Outstanding communicator, presenter with strong negotiating skills
- Extremely organized, dependable and self-motivated
