Job Description

As an Oncology KAM, drive adoption and growth for oncology products through key account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top priority high strategic value accounts
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of each assigned customer account
  • Driving and executing a strategic account plan for the top accounts
  • Support clinical, economic and operational advocacy
  • Coordinate with internal cross functional teams for account strategy development
  • Collaborate with sales, medical, and marketing teams to align strategies

Requirements:

  • B.A. / B.S. degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on the job (~50% of travel given field-based role)
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of current/ recent key account management experience in oncology field
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Outstanding communicator, presenter with strong negotiating skills
  • Extremely organized, dependable and self-motivated
