This first-hand exposure to foodservice procurement illuminated the fragmented, opaque, and wasteful process of getting restaurant goods from those who make them to those who consume them.

Cut+Dry was born to solve this problem for restaurants, distributors, and manufacturers in support of the people and places that feed us.
