Job Description

Account Installation Associate Analyst managing document review and discrepancy reports for healthcare clients. Collaborating with implementation teams to ensure accurate benefit summaries and supporting smooth client interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Review prior year source documents in multiple systems, i.e. ePro, CIT, Benefit Sculpting Tool (BST), and Vista
  • Review non-routine / complex issues that could cause downstream impact to client’s delivery of benefit summaries and system discrepancies to the Implementation team
  • Provide discrepancy reports calling out issues that could delay client implementation of healthcare services to their employees
  • Understand benefit stands across the Cigna benefit platforms for dental, vision, and medical benefit summaries and SBCs
  • Ensure source documents are maintained in the document storage process
  • Run comparison analyst of source documents using Cigna’s Quick Tool process
  • Map (Facets) client SBCs to MyCigna.com via Cigna’s internal process
  • Attend biweekly team meetings and training huddles to assist with the implementation and preparation for client interface sessions
  • Provide support with end-to-end audits to review disjoints in source documents
  • Produce work fallout reports and coordinate with Benefit Summary Analyst and Quality Reviews on maintenance activity/updates as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience with Cigna's administrative capabilities including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, customer services experience, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with matrix partner relationships and effectively resolving issues, required
  • 2+ years of experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets, preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products; (i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word), required
  • Project management experience, preferred
  • Ability to independently manage divergent priorities and client expectations for mutually acceptable solutions, required
