Job Description

Activation marketer executing campaigns, sales enablement, channel programs, and events for Solventum’s drinking-water filtration business. Supporting growth across U.S. and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, customer engagement activities, and channel marketing programs
  • Build relationships with sales representatives, sales leaders, and channel partners
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials and customer-facing resources
  • Maintain sales enablement platforms and content repositories
  • Create newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, presentations, training materials, sales tools, promotional content, and customer-facing resources
  • Support co-branded channel partner initiatives, promotional programs, marketing activities, and brand guideline compliance
  • Apply Solventum brand standards across marketing activities and communications
  • Plan and execute tradeshows, webinars, customer events, and other customer-facing activities
  • Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations, training materials, and business updates
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables on time
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, channel partners, and external vendors
  • Localize marketing content and programs for U.S. and Canadian markets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and three (3) years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED or higher and seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in activation marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement, field marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting distributor, dealer, reseller, or other channel partner programs
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to build productive relationships with sales teams, channel partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Initiative, accountability, and follow-through
  • Strong visual and design sensibility and ability to apply brand guidelines
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and content management platforms
  • Experience supporting tradeshows, webinars, customer events, sales meetings, and training programs
  • Experience developing and localizing marketing programs or communications for U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
