Job Description
Actuarial Analyst supporting life insurance and annuity software clients at Verisk FAST. Performing ad hoc analyses and advising clients on business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal team to support external clients
- Perform ad hoc analyses as needed
- Provide expertise to clients to benefit business process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related discipline preferred
- Advanced degree is a plus
- 1 – 5 Years experience in a Life Insurance/Annuities Policy Administration or similar role is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office platform
- Associate, Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation; ACAS Designation is a plus
