Job Description

Ad Operations Specialist executing luxury-brand campaigns across GAM, Meta, Pinterest, and reporting dashboards. Preparing performance reports and client-facing decks for Editorialist’s partnerships team.

Responsibilities:

  • Traffic direct-sold campaigns in Google Ad Manager and social campaigns across Meta and Pinterest
  • Set up line items, ad units, and targeting parameters according to campaign specs and insertion orders
  • Review media plans for alignment with inventory requirements and client deliverables
  • Capture and document campaign launch screenshots
  • Support campaign launches across GAM, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, affiliate-based platforms, and other ad operations systems
  • Monitor and update daily campaign pacing and performance across GAM, Meta, Pinterest, Klaviyo, Dashsocial, IAS, and other dashboards
  • Pull weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign reports and compile structured summaries
  • Prepare kick-off and wrap-up decks using Google Slides and Canva
  • Manage revenue reporting from internal dashboards
  • Manage Asana tasks and track campaign deliverables
  • Analyze Invalid Traffic performance via IAS and flag anomalies
  • Work with Campaign Managers and the Senior Ad Operations Specialist on priorities and deliverables
  • Communicate task status, blockers, and risks proactively
  • Provide backup support for ad-hoc requests and operational needs
  • Collaborate across teams to align execution with campaign objectives

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of ad operations experience, ideally on the publisher side
  • Hands-on proficiency in Google Ad Manager, including trafficking, reporting, and creative management
  • Experience trafficking social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest
  • Strong analytical skills in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Ability to prepare polished campaign decks in Google Slides and Canva
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflow
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Clear, professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset; flags issues early and proposes solutions
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Rakuten or CJ (nice-to-have)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Manus AI (nice-to-have)
  • Experience pulling data insights and presenting them in a structured, client-ready format (nice-to-have)
