Job Description

Client Services Coordinator managing digital media campaigns, handling client correspondence and ad operations. Collaborating with teams to ensure timely campaign deliveries from a remote location in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day client email correspondence with agency coordinators and assistants, executives
  • Trafficking creative assets and liaising with internal ad ops & trading teams to ensure campaigns go live on time and to spec
  • Handling basic post-sales queries -- campaign status, delivery confirmations, billing questions, go-live proofs
  • Helping collate/compile weekly report emails (via looker studio) into client-ready formats + weekly reporting emails
  • Processing IOs and revising IOs in our IO platform
  • When needed, updating internal CRM for post-sale campaigns
  • Supporting the broader client success team with admin, deck formatting, and brief intake

Requirements:

  • Strong written English - professional, clear, and confident in client-facing communication (after relevant training, onboarding)
  • Experience in digital media, ad operations, or agency coordination (1-2+ years preferred)
  • Comfortable working across email, spreadsheets, and project management tools
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks
  • Experience with ad trafficking or DSP/DMP platforms a plus
