Job Description
Ad Ops Manager managing full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns for remote clients. Fine-tuning performance and ensuring smooth activation across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of the client's curated-audience campaigns
- Decode client briefs into live PMP deals
- Master every layer of the tech stack (tags, pixels, SSP/DSP integrations)
- Fine-tune performance to hit KPIs and margin targets
- Monitor live campaign metrics daily and produce performance reports
- Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations
- Serve as first-line technical support for delivery issues
- Research, document, and share best practices
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading experience
- Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
- Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem
- Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection
- Excellent communication—able to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional teams.
