Job Description

Ad Ops Manager managing full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns for remote clients. Fine-tuning performance and ensuring smooth activation across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full lifecycle of the client's curated-audience campaigns
  • Decode client briefs into live PMP deals
  • Master every layer of the tech stack (tags, pixels, SSP/DSP integrations)
  • Fine-tune performance to hit KPIs and margin targets
  • Monitor live campaign metrics daily and produce performance reports
  • Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations
  • Serve as first-line technical support for delivery issues
  • Research, document, and share best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading experience
  • Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem
  • Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection
  • Excellent communication—able to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional teams.
