Job Description

Operations Coordinator for Huppée agence créative handling documentation and project tracking. Supporting the founder and ensuring organizational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the founder's operational right hand
  • Ensure that everything we do is well documented, properly tracked, and accurately measured
  • Update and maintain the client database in Airtable
  • Document ongoing engagements in ClickUp: deliverables, deadlines, owners, statuses
  • Compile and analyze hours worked per engagement to evaluate client profitability
  • Prepare simple dashboards to track agency goals (revenue, utilization rate, profitability)
  • Write and update internal procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks
  • Prepare reports and client follow-ups; contribute to improving existing tools

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an administrative or management program (or equivalent qualification)
  • Comfortable with digital tools (you will learn Airtable, ClickUp, Make.com — experience with them is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Autonomous, curious, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good written communication in French (English is an asset)
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
