Job Description
Consultant providing advisory services across data, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. Supporting assessments, developing strategies, and engaging with stakeholders in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of AI and Data Readiness assessments across governance, operating models, and AI capabilities
- Assist in stakeholder interviews and document key insights
- Analyze current-state data ecosystems, processes, and tools
- Identify gaps between business ambition and current data/AI capabilities
- Actively participate in client engagements, contributing to discussions, analysis, and development of strategic recommendations
- Contribute to shaping clear, compelling narratives that connect AI and data capabilities to tangible business outcomes
- Support the design and development of client workshops, including structuring agendas, creating materials and frameworks, and preparing supporting analysis and content
- Contribute to the development of compelling demonstrations, prototypes, and “art of the possible” scenarios that help clients visualize data and AI solutions
- Capture, synthesize, and translate client discussions into structured outputs, including key insights, recommendations, and next steps
- Conduct research on industry trends, benchmarks, and leading practices
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in consulting, analytics, data, or related roles
- Foundational understanding of:
- Data management (governance, quality, integration concepts)
- AI and analytics concepts (ML, GenAI, LLMs at a high level)
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
