Job Description
Affiliate Executive supporting creator outreach, product sampling and performance campaigns for Nonsensical, a TikTok-first agency. Building affiliate communities that turn content into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Affiliate Manager in delivering TikTok Shop affiliate programmes across client accounts
- Find and reach out to potential affiliates through direct outreach and TikTok’s creator tools
- Evaluate creator fit and Shop performance rather than follower count alone
- Handle day-to-day creator communication, onboarding and approvals
- Keep affiliate pipelines organised across clients and campaigns
- Coordinate product samples, confirm creator details, track deliveries and follow up on posting
- Maintain affiliate trackers and reports covering active affiliates, content posted and sales
- Flag performance insights and identify what is working
- Help keep creators engaged so they continue posting
- Work with the Affiliate Manager and Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams
- Build affiliate communities that create content and drive commercial results
Requirements:
- Understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate, TikTok culture and social commerce
- Interest in what motivates creators to promote products
- Experience communicating with creators or influencers
- Strong written communication for outreach
- Ability to build relationships and motivate creators
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage creator conversations, campaigns, deadlines, pipelines, samples and campaign information
- Confidence working with data and using performance insights to inform decisions
- Proactive approach; ability to spot opportunities, ask questions and take action
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where platform features and best practices change quickly
- Willingness to learn more about TikTok Shop affiliate and social commerce
- Brownie points: experience with TikTok Shop creators or affiliates, Seller Center or affiliate tools, and creator gifting or product sampling campaigns
- Brownie points: knowledge of TikTok LIVE commerce and paid amplification
- Must be happy to work remotely as an independent contractor
Benefits:
- £2,600-£2,900 per month
- Full-time
- Fully remote
- PTO included in your contract (varies depending on location)
