Job Description

AI automation specialist building agents and workflows for project management and commercial real estate. Integrating monday.com, SaaS tools, and AI solutions for teams across LATAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents to support internal and client projects.
  • Automate workflows in monday.com and integrate with Microsoft 365, Slack, and similar SaaS tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes using AI and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and deliver solutions.
  • Document processes, provide training, and ensure adoption of AI solutions and workflows.
  • Automate project management functions including scheduling, project cost estimating, budget tracking, change order management, and resource allocation.
  • Streamline document control, RFI/submittal tracking, meeting minutes, and project reporting through AI-driven workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with AI agent creation (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation, ideally monday.com, Zapier, Make, or similar.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows between platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.
  • Strong ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
  • Previous experience in startups or consulting environments is nice to have.
