Job Description
Senior AI Engineer extracting structured data from plans and documents using computer vision, OCR, and LLMs. Powering Ambush’s automated real estate investment matching platform.
Responsibilities:
- Improve geometry extraction from floor plans and land plots using Evision (OpenCV for Elixir) combined with OCR
- Build and scale LLM solutions to extract and structure information from diverse documents, including inclusion lists, builder profiles, and facades
- Ensure extracted intelligence feeds the recommendation funnel
- Connect visual data with tools such as PostGIS and vector databases
Requirements:
- Solid, hands-on experience with Computer Vision and OCR
- Real-world experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and using LLMs for data extraction
- Proven ability to solve complex problems while dealing with highly unstructured data
- Senior-level experience
- Familiarity with Machine Learning, Elixir, vector databases, embeddings, or PostGIS is a plus
- English proficiency sufficient for professional situations
- Based in Brazil
