Job Description
AI/ML Developer specializing in conversational AI using Dialogflow. Join Compass UOL to innovate with generative AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and configure intents, entities, and conversational flows in Dialogflow (CX or ES)
- Develop conversational experiences using generative AI (prompts and playbooks)
- Build conversational interfaces with a focus on natural language (NLP)
- Integrate chatbots with multiple channels (web, apps, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Optimize the performance and accuracy of bot interactions
- Continuously improve the user experience based on real-world data
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Dialogflow (CX or ES)
- Experience designing and building conversational flows (intents, entities, contexts)
- Experience applying generative AI to chatbots (prompt design / playbooks)
- Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- Experience integrating chatbots across multiple channels
- Ability to design user journeys and conversational UX
