Job Description
AI/ML Product Manager creating interactive, multi-user VR video products for DeoVR, an immersive streaming platform. Leading discovery, roadmaps, and delivery of AI-driven experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the long-term vision for new immersive products and define their market differentiation
- Lead product discovery to validate product-market fit
- Develop value propositions for new products across customer segments
- Own and manage a cross-platform product roadmap
- Work closely with engineering teams to define problems and assist with solution design, delivery, and iteration
- Identify and validate new opportunities to extend product impact
- Deliver new products from scratch for a leading VR video streaming company
- Serve as a center of expertise for development and business teams
- Guide multiple development teams toward product goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C products (RecSys, Apps)
- Experience with ML-based systems such as recommendation engines, personalization, or data-driven products
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical products
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with CxO-level stakeholders effectively
- Track record of customer-centric thinking and the ability to translate user problems into product opportunities
- Ability to work through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development
- Leadership qualities that inspire and guide multiple development teams towards achieving product goals
- Fluency in English and Russian
- 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience (Backend, ML, DevOps Engineer or related) is a bonus
- Experience working with streaming platforms is a bonus
- Advanced SQL skills are a bonus
- Experience working in a start-up environment is a bonus
