Job Description
AI Payment Operations Specialist responsible for optimizing payment infrastructure within Boosters’ JustDone product. Collaborating with analytics, marketing, and product teams to improve payment metrics and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Optimization of metrics in the existing payment infrastructure;
- Constant formation and testing of new hypotheses with full cycle ownership in the process;
- Outside-of-the-box search for new growth opportunities, preparation, and entry into new markets;
- Improving infrastructure and processing in "young" markets for the company;
- Feel free to improve processes you encounter or create new ones if necessary;
- Detailed and clear analytics of the payment infrastructure;
- Control and optimization of key indicators: payment success rate, fraud rate, chargeback rate, dispute rate, and others.
Requirements:
- Experience working for at least 2 years in a B2C product as Payment operations;
- High level of interest in AI and automation;
- Pre-Intermediate AI user: knowledge of Claude, Gemini, etc. at a level above basic (understanding of prompt-engineering techniques, working with the context window, and principles of Data Security);
- Understanding of unit economics and subscription monetization model;
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and ability to form technical tasks for the analytics team (if necessary);
- Ability to transform and analyze data. High level of proficiency in MS Excel;
- Basic knowledge of statistics. Understanding the difference between cohort and calendar analysis and ability to do both.
