Job Description
AI Full-Stack Product Engineer developing innovative AI tools for cancer therapy at Iovance Biotherapeutics. Collaborating with stakeholders to create efficient solutions for operational challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly prototype, build, and deploy AI-powered micro-applications using React and Node.js/Python.
- Take rough prototypes and proof-of-concepts and convert them into production ready tools.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build reusable components and patterns so each subsequent application ships faster than the last.
- Maintain clean, documented code and follow standardized build-test-deploy methodology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience building and deploying web applications with React and Python.
- Demonstrated ability to ship complete, user-facing applications end to end.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools as a daily part of your engineering workflow.
- Comfort working with APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
