Job Description
AI enablement lead scaling responsible enterprise AI across LG Energy Solution Vertech. Evaluating solutions, building governance, training employees, and driving measurable adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of Vertech's AI roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and advancing AI opportunities
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, operating practices, and capability development plans
- Establish foundations for Vertech's AI function, including standards, operating principles, team structures, success measures, governance models, and capability roadmaps
- Develop scalable AI processes, standards, intake models, prioritization frameworks, governance mechanisms, and measurement systems
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, copilots, agents, and automation capabilities for business applicability, technical fit, security alignment, and organizational readiness
- Design, prototype, and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve workflows, productivity, decision support, reporting, and operational effectiveness
- Establish repeatable AI solution patterns and leading practices
- Develop AI literacy, adoption, responsible use, and business value realization programs
- Create training materials, workshops, office hours, communications, best practices, and user support resources
- Support AI governance processes, usage standards, risk management practices, and responsible AI initiatives with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and business stakeholders
- Monitor adoption metrics, licensing utilization, consumption patterns, costs, and business outcomes
- Collaborate with Service, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, HQ, and external partner teams
- Own recommendations related to AI tool evaluations, use-case prioritization, adoption programs, training strategies, and implementation approaches
- Escalate unresolved governance, prioritization, adoption, security, vendor, and organizational development issues to the Senior Manager, AI & Data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business technology, business analysis, consulting, product ownership, process improvement, or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical application within enterprise environments
- Experience evaluating technology solutions and translating business needs into actionable implementation plans
- Strong communication, facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead change and influence adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude Enterprise, Power Platform, Snowflake Cortex, or similar AI platforms
- Experience building AI agents, automations, copilots, or workflow solutions
- Familiarity with AI governance, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, responsible AI principles, or related frameworks
- Experience with technology adoption programs, organizational change management, or training initiatives
- Experience within renewable energy, manufacturing, field service, or asset-intensive industries
- Relevant Microsoft AI, Azure, Power Platform, or project management certifications
