Job Description
AI solutions engineer and full-stack developer building telephony, CRM, billing, and scheduling systems. Automating operations for a storage and logistics company serving Australian businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and maintain human- and AI-driven telephony systems using Replit, Twilio, and Retell AI
- Configure intelligent voice agents and routing pipelines across multi-organisation setups
- Architect and engineer custom business tools integrating telephony, recurring billing, scheduling systems, CRM/ERP systems, and automated reporting dashboards
- Maintain, develop, and optimise modern, fast, responsive interfaces and internal dashboards using Astro and React
- Rapidly prototype features, deploy code efficiently, and automate workflows using Replit and Hercules
- Manage HubSpot CRM data pipelines, including data flows, webhook handling, mapping, and conversion tracking
- Analyse tool performance against commercial KPIs such as lead capture efficiency, scheduling utilisation, and system uptime
- Maintain clean code standards, secure API connections, and safe data governance across custom internal applications
- Lead the technical development and automation of internal and external business tools for a storage and logistics company
Requirements:
- Philippines-based candidates
- Proven hands-on experience building custom internal tools, workflow automations, or SaaS integrations with measurable business impact
- Extensive day-to-day experience with conversational AI tools and sandboxes, specifically Replit and Hercules, alongside LLM API integrations
- Deep technical familiarity with voice or SMS workflows via Twilio
- Experience integrating AI voice layers with Retell AI
- Frontend development experience with Astro and React
- Advanced HubSpot experience, including webhooks, custom objects, data syncing, and API workflows
- Ability to connect software engineering choices to business metrics, profitability, and operational scale
- Experience with multi-location, franchise, or multi-organisation business structures highly regarded
- Disclosure of existing ongoing roles or client work
