Job Description
Especialista em IA liderando projetos de automação, agentes virtuais e governança. Conectando soluções de inteligência artificial às necessidades do Grupo Odilon Santos.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI projects from opportunity identification through implementation and results tracking
- Design and implement virtual assistants, AI agents, and automations to optimize processes
- Map processes and identify opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency, and value creation
- Define workflows, business rules, integrations, and validation mechanisms for developed solutions
- Monitor deployed solutions, identifying opportunities for evolution and continuous improvement
- Establish best practices for the development, use, and monitoring of Artificial Intelligence solutions
- Ensure the ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI, considering privacy, data protection, and internal guidelines
- Assess risks related to the use of AI and support the definition of mitigation mechanisms
- Promote governance and standardization of AI initiatives across the Group
- Monitor trends, tools, and new Artificial Intelligence applications
- Evaluate market solutions and recommend technologies aligned with business needs
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees and leaders
- Support teams in adopting available AI tools
- Act as a digital transformation agent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally with corporate and operational teams, turning needs into practical solutions
- Facilitate communication among technical teams, business areas, and leadership
- Define and monitor KPIs for AI projects and solutions
- Measure productivity gains, efficiency improvements, and the return on implemented initiatives
- Present results, recommendations, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
- Document projects, agents, automations, workflows, and technical decisions
Requirements:
- Practical experience developing or implementing solutions using Artificial Intelligence
- Experience developing or implementing AI agents, virtual assistants, or automations using Artificial Intelligence
- Experience with process automation and integration tools
- Experience managing AI projects from needs assessment through solution implementation
- Systems thinking and the ability to connect technology with business needs
- Innovative mindset and a focus on digital transformation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to share knowledge in a clear, instructional manner
- Ability to influence others and provide technical leadership
- Autonomy and proactivity in leading strategic projects
- Analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems
- Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and results orientation
- Ethics and responsibility when handling sensitive data and information
