Job Description
AI Strategy Associate at Iovance Biotherapeutics driving process discovery and optimization across all business functions to enable AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Help build a comprehensive AI use case diagnostic across all business functions
- Build and maintain the AI savings model
- Design and execute controlled comparisons to validate AI solutions
- Manage the use case prioritization framework
- Write use case specifications detailed enough for the development team to build from
- Build rough prototypes using AI tools to validate use cases with stakeholders
- Support the AI governance process
- Supervise and quality-check the work of AI Transformation Interns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field
- 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting , corporate strategy, FP&A, or business operations
- Demonstrated ability to build financial models from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience conducting structured interviews or diagnostic assessments across multiple business functions
- Excellent written communication
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
