Job Description
Airtable/Zapier consultant automating NORY’s STEM education program operations. Maintaining workflows for attendance, staffing, KPIs, and internal team enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Create streamlined Airtable and Zapier automation solutions for attendance tracking, staffing charts, and performance-based KPIs
- Audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure zero operational downtime
- Collaborate across departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities
- Build and maintain documentation for workflows, databases, and automation logic
- Provide training and technical support to internal team members
- Stay current with automation trends, features, and third-party integrations
- Take ownership of program management systems and continuously identify optimization opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience designing and managing ecosystems built on Airtable and Zapier
- Deep structural understanding of relational databases, complex automation logic, and business process optimization
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex workflow or integration errors independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate operational needs into technical workflows
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to self-manage projects effectively in a remote environment
- Resume highlighting relevant technical and automation experience
- Cover letter detailing specific Airtable and Zapier project experience, ownership, business problems addressed, project scale, quantitative impact, and motivation to partner with NORY
