Job Description
Analytics Analyst maintaining GA4 tracking, dashboards, and data quality for Homera Health’s virtual healthcare brands. Supporting marketing, product, and business decisions with reliable analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot tracking implementations across GA4, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager using dataLayer, cookies, session storage, and browser developer tools.
- Enforce established tracking protocols across new and existing pages and ensure correct UTM structure for campaign tracking.
- Verify that experiments have appropriate tracking before launch.
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the organization.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business, marketing, and product decisions.
- QA analytics data, identify tracking discrepancies, and flag issues to appropriate teams.
- Support the analytics foundation across Homera Health’s brands and digital properties.
- Identify opportunities to improve tracking processes, data quality, reporting, and analytics workflows.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in an analytics/web analytics role, ideally within a marketing or growth context.
- Comfortable with core campaign concepts and terminology — UTMs, conversion windows, channel attribution, CTA, CTR, etc.
- Understands foundational analytics concepts — users, sessions, events, properties, dimensions, and metrics — and how they relate within a tracking system.
- Understands what dataLayers are and their role in analytics; familiar with cookies and session storage; real experience debugging tracking issues in a live analytics setup.
- Advanced, hands-on experience with GA4.
- Capable of owning day to day project/clickup deliverables while receiving strategic guidance from the team.
- Comfortable picking up new tools and skills as the project evolves.
- Basic familiarity with GTM.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel or another product analytics tool.
- Comfortable with subscription/product metrics such as adoption, retention, churn, MRR, etc.
- Familiarity with Chrome DevTools, CSS selectors, and basic HTML structure.
- Prior experience with SQL or genuine interest in learning it.
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day analytics work; familiarity with AI-assisted analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, or workflow automation is a strong plus.
