Job Description
Application Consultant supporting Brainlab’s image-guided surgery technology sales in Spain. Training clinicians, installing systems, troubleshooting, and promoting service contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team in Spain in Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines
- Report directly to the Sales Director
- Educate, train, provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnel
- Perform new system installations
- Communicate with customers to understand problems and troubleshoot issues
- Initiate upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installations
- Sell service contracts to existing Brainlab customers
- Monitor and promote customer usage of products
- Conduct software updates
- Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services
Requirements:
- Preferably completed studies in Biomedical Engineering, a technical degree or equivalent
- Self-planning, organization and implementation of all service activities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
- Good sense of humor
- Willing to travel extensively
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Valid driving license required
