Job Description
Consultant for clinical workplace systems in patient data administration at Dedalus improving healthcare processes. Responsible for the implementation of ORBIS applications and user support in various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Independent implementation of ORBIS applications with a focus on patient administration
- Implementation and optimization of business process workflows
- Administration of administrative registration for outpatient and inpatient patients
- Securing billing entitlement, preparation for billing and claims processing
- Conducting tests, training, and providing support to end users
- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners as part of projects
Requirements:
- Enjoy working on projects within a team and an interest in a flexible, varied role
- Ideally a commercial vocational qualification in hospital administration or social insurance
- Degree in business administration and/or computer science, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration
- Experience with hospital information systems, ideally with ORBIS
- Proficiency with modern IT and organizational tools
- Confident and personable manner when dealing with customers
- High willingness to travel (up to 80% across D‑A‑CH: Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Project management experience is an advantage
