Job Description
Applikationsspezialist:in für Dedalus’ ORBIS-Patientenadministration in deutschen Krankenhäusern. Einführung klinischer Anwendungen und Optimierung administrativer Abläufe gemeinsam mit Kunden.
Responsibilities:
- Independent implementation of ORBIS applications with a focus on patient administration
- Implementing the workflows of the administration business process
- Supporting the administrative admission of outpatient and inpatient patients
- Supporting cost assurance, billing preparation, and service billing
- Creating and processing administrative statistics
- Primary use of the new ORBIS framework IBIL for billing functions
- Implementing process optimizations together with customers
- Shaping forward-looking and modern hospital workflows as part of a team
- Supporting customers as a knowledgeable point of contact in the era of digitalization
Requirements:
- Preferably commercial/administrative training in a hospital or social insurance, a degree in business administration or computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Preferably professional experience in inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration
- Interest in project work as part of a team
- Interest in a flexible and varied role
- Confident use of modern IT and organizational tools
- Open and confident manner when dealing with customers
- High willingness to travel — up to 80% across the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Project management experience is an advantage
