Job Description
Solution Architect building AI-enabled software solutions for OSC. Owning requirements, architecture, development, iteration, and production delivery end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand problems, surface requirements, and define success criteria
- Design practical, scalable solution architectures aligned to business needs
- Build and iterate on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows
- Own solutions from the first conversation through production deployment
- Shorten the cycle between problem identification and working software
- Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and workflows through AI-enabled solutions
- Independently gather requirements through direct end-user engagement
- Deliver solutions of moderate complexity with limited oversight
- Manage the delivery cycle from requirements through production
- Identify gaps in existing solutions and propose improvements
- Contribute to team standards and share learnings across the function
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role
- Proven track record of delivering AI-built solutions end-to-end
- Ability to engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand problems, surface requirements, and define success criteria
- Ability to design practical, scalable solution architectures aligned to business needs
- Ability to build and iterate on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows
- Ability to independently gather requirements and deliver moderately complex solutions with limited oversight
- Ability to manage a delivery cycle from requirements through production
- Ability to identify gaps in existing solutions and propose improvements
