Job Description
Area Clinical Leader guiding sterilization assurance education, clinical consultation, and customer strategy. Solventum develops healthcare solutions that improve safety and professional care.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic clinical advisor to internal Solventum teams and key customers
- Drive best practices and deliver advanced education
- Lead priority customer engagements
- Provide escalated clinical and technical consultation
- Support economic value discussions with evidence-based data
- Advise internal teams on wound care clinical strategy and industry best practices
- Collaborate with sales leadership to educate and upskill teams on clinical and technical consultative practices
- Present data and clinical applications during priority customer engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare customers
- Plan and lead comprehensive customer education events
- Serve as a consultative partner to internal business stakeholders
- Support economic objection handling by articulating clinical efficacy and economic value
- Aid resource management for conversions and evaluations
- Maintain clinical and technical relevance through continuous learning and professional associations
- Understand and translate relevant industry standards, including ERAS and AAMI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long-term care environment, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long-term care environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility
- Compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Up to 75% overnight travel expected
- Current certifications BSN, RN, CER, CRCST are additional qualifications that could help you succeed
