Job Description
Area Sales Manager driving 3M’s cleaning workspace safety sales and reseller expansion across South India. Developing key accounts and innovative solutions for commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and business development activities for the Cleaning Workspace Safety vertical in India
- Promote brand experience concepts among FM companies, building service contractors, quick service restaurants, hotels, and commercial properties in the South region
- Drive market penetration and appoint resellers in upcountry South India markets
- Understand customer pain areas, analyze needs, and develop innovative solutions
- Expand the customer and channel base
- Identify new segments and promote new products
- Develop and maintain key account relationships
- Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and supporting continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Provide education and work history through a resume or application fields
- Experience and ability to perform sales and business development activities in India
- Ability to promote brand experience concepts to FM companies, building service contractors, quick service restaurants, hotels, and commercial properties
- Ability to penetrate and appoint resellers in upcountry South India markets
- Ability to understand customer pain areas and develop innovative solutions
- Ability to expand customer and channel base
- Ability to identify new segments and promote new products
- Ability to develop and maintain key account relationships
- Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous improvement
- Based out of Bengaluru, India
