Job Description

Associate Data Analyst using Zoomph to quantify social media and broadcast KPIs for client and sponsor insights. Developing benchmarks, analyzing trends, and informing content strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the Zoomph platform to quantify social media and broadcast KPIs across channels, teams, media outlets, and properties
  • Identify and interpret social media data trends from post level through campaigns and series
  • Analyze results and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Recommend, prioritize, and develop client and sponsor industry benchmarks
  • Collaborate with customer success colleagues to recommend social media content strategies that maximize content value and attract new sponsors
  • Examine data quality, applications, and functions
  • Produce output and sustain operations
  • Contribute to new product development and improve product delivery and presentation
  • Use and support database applications and analytical tools
  • Support timely and appropriate user/customer participation in data collection and query systems
  • Develop methodologies and files for analyzing and presenting data
  • Develop awareness of issues and events affecting organizations, departments, and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as a data analyst
  • Experience in marketing, communication, digital strategies, and data analytics
  • Experience in the sports industry preferred
  • Technical knowledge and strategic thinking
  • Strong business, data, and statistical acumen
  • Ability to develop methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data products
  • Ability to facilitate communication and resolve problems
  • Ability to identify system or process problems and engage the team in problem solving
  • Ability to interpret data trends and patterns as they relate to the organization
  • Ability to design databases and data systems
  • Self-starter
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to talk, hear, see, and type
  • Must be willing to travel to conferences and/or events as needed
