Job Description
Associate Digital Product Manager shaping mobile app strategies for BCBST, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Delivering compliant mobile solutions aligned with business goals while leading Agile practices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities
- Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing with digital strategies
- Oversee a backlog aligned with Engineering capacity
- Lead Agile ceremonies with technology teams
- Ensure solutions are delivered to specifications in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 years of working in digital product management, content management, web design, or publishing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and SharePoint
- Must be organized and capable of handling multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Agile Methodology, Mobile Applications
