Job Description

Associate Director leading affiliate marketing strategy, execution, and partner growth for Wpromote’s enterprise clients. Connecting affiliate programs with broader paid, earned, and owned media.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients
  • Drive affiliate strategy, execution, and innovation while connecting the channel to broader Paid, Earned, and Owned media efforts
  • Lead high-impact affiliate programs end-to-end, from partner development and campaign execution to cross-channel growth opportunities
  • Manage select enterprise client accounts as main point of contact and Director support
  • Provide proactive client outreach, communication, weekly/bi-weekly and monthly reporting, and QBRs
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to client programs
  • Identify and execute paid placement campaigns from start to finish
  • Coordinate program management with affiliate networks and communicate regularly with affiliates to foster growth
  • Lead potential network migrations
  • Develop and socialize affiliate strategies across a diverse client portfolio
  • Solve complex client challenges, drive process improvements, and strengthen client relationships
  • Assess competitive landscapes and provide recommendations, opportunities, education, and suggestions to clients and internal teams
  • Refine and update training processes and materials for new hires
  • Identify internal cross-sell opportunities and partner with internal teams and clients through the cross-sell process
  • Lead Affiliate Marketing discussions and participate in internal or public speaking opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of influencer marketing, paid media, and earned/owned media
  • Assist the sales team with audits, decks, and pitches for prospective Affiliate Marketing clients
  • Improve business processes and workflows to enable collaboration and efficiency
  • Develop new department deliverables based on Affiliate Marketing industry evolution and opportunities
  • Support Affiliate business unit leadership and upper directorate with executive reporting on client service pillars
  • Escalate critical client/account issues to appropriate executives
  • Provide concise, actionable information on account opportunities to senior leadership
  • Oversee high-profile accounts and stay current on technology, tactics, and account obstacles
  • Test and learn new strategies, features, and platforms and share findings with the Affiliate Marketing department
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools, automation, or reporting

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience working in Affiliate Marketing, comprising media campaign strategy within an agency/client environment
  • Extensive experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on Affiliate Marketing campaigns for diverse clients and verticals, including Ecom/retail, subscriptions, international, and B2B
  • Experience with affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, PepperJam, AWIN, and Partnerize
  • Experience using insights data, partner performance, and key trends to develop strategies and plans
  • Strong experience running regular and ad hoc reports to identify opportunities to grow and optimize client affiliate partnerships, with an emphasis on forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree or related four-year degree or relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
