Job Description

Supporting new and prospective students on the Sophia Learning platform. Assisting with account management, course navigation, and troubleshooting basic issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Support new and prospective students with the Sophia Learning platform
  • Assist students in creating and managing accounts
  • Provide navigation assistance through the platform
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to internal teams

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Contact Center/Admin (phone/chat) experience preferred
  • Experience working in education or academia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit, Zendesk
  • High school diploma
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
