Job Description
Supporting new and prospective students on the Sophia Learning platform. Assisting with account management, course navigation, and troubleshooting basic issues.
Responsibilities:
- Support new and prospective students with the Sophia Learning platform
- Assist students in creating and managing accounts
- Provide navigation assistance through the platform
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Identify and escalate complex issues to internal teams
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Contact Center/Admin (phone/chat) experience preferred
- Experience working in education or academia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit, Zendesk
- High school diploma
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not available
