Job Description
Audit Senior Manager leading insurance audits and developing A&A associates for Cherry Bekaert, a U.S. assurance, tax, and advisory firm. Managing client relationships, audit projects, and limited regional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements for the Insurance practice
- Provide superior client service and maintain exceptional client relationships
- Manage audit projects and apply strong analytical and project management skills
- Lead and develop A&A associates
- Support client work across commercial industries
- Contribute to business development activities
- Travel on a limited basis within the region
- Collaborate with professionals across different backgrounds and cultures
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Must be CPA certified
- Must have an active CPA license
- Experience with Insurance Audits
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop A&A associates
- Passion for superior client service
- Uncompromising integrity

- Strong sense of urgency
- Business development skills are a plus
- Master's degree preferred
