Job Description

Automation Developer creating AI-enabled automation solutions that integrate with Workday for business efficiency. Requires collaboration with technology teams and use of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Take a lead role in identifying, designing, developing, testing, delivering, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions
Apply software development expertise such as proficiency in .NET with C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, API Development/Integration, Microservices
Design and develop AI-enabled automation solutions that integrate with Workday to improve business process efficiency
Consistently monitor deployed solutions to ensure peak performance and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement, as well as troubleshoot and promptly resolve any issues that arise
Perform tasks using Agile and Scrum methodologies
Serve as a trusted advisor on automation by offering objective, practical, and relevant ideas, insights, and recommendations
Work collaboratively with internal and external business and technology teams and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver both quick wins and long-term strategic automation solutions

Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum framework, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); experience managing end-to-end automation solution development using Agile practices
Extensive expertise in developing and deploying solutions utilizing several of the following technologies: .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, HTML
Comprehensive experience with tools and platforms such as Azure Cloud, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio, MS SQL Server, Docker, Postman, and Swagger
Strong proficiency in Web and Application Development (both Frontend & Backend), REST API development and integration, as well as Microservice development and integration
Ability to interpret various SDKs from their documentation and transform that understanding into successfully executed development tasks
In-depth knowledge of secure authentication protocols and tools including Okta, JWT, OAuth, SAML, and MFA
Expertise in application and audit logging, unit testing, and related areas, utilizing tools such as MSTest, Azure Application Insights, and Serilog
Experience with Automation and Business Process Management (BPM) tools and platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, WorkFusion, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Selenium, Playwright, and others
