Job Description

B2B2C Marketing Lead designing digital enrollment campaigns for Summer’s city and state benefit programs. Driving launches, creator partnerships, paid media, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital campaigns driving resident enrollment in Summer's city and state programs
  • Own launch strategy from initial announcements through sustained digital enrollment campaigns
  • Build go-to-market plans for each city or state launch, including audience segments, channel mix, budget, timeline, and enrollment targets
  • Concept, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic social, search, creator partnerships, guerrilla, and non-traditional digital channels
  • Develop human-first messaging for distinct resident groups
  • Design co-branded campaigns with government partners and manage review and approval processes
  • Plan launch moments with the communications team, including announcement events, press outreach, and elected-official content
  • Source and manage local creators and influencers and cultivate user and partner spokespeople
  • Set up tracking and reporting tying spend to enrollments by channel, message, and geography
  • Share campaign results with Summer leadership and government partners
  • Run public claims through Summer's compliance review to avoid financial advice or overstated results

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of growth, digital, or B2B2C/B2C marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving high-volume consumer action or enrollment through paid and organic channels
  • Track record of outside-the-box campaign concepts, testing non-traditional formats, and engaging audiences innovatively
  • Hands-on experience planning and managing paid social budgets on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Hands-on experience with paid search on Google
  • Ability to track conversion pathways from first touch to completed enrollment and translate performance data into actionable campaign pivots
  • Ability to make complex subjects such as finance or student loans simple, accessible, and exciting to everyday consumers
  • Hands-on experience briefing, negotiating, and running performance-driven creator campaigns
  • Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder approval processes and working alongside partner or client teams

Benefits:

  • Contract engagement for an 8-month initial term, with the option to extend as more cities and states launch
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Occasional travel to partner launches and events
