Job Description

B2C Growth Marketing Manager role for Transparent Hiring focusing on lead generation and revenue growth. Collaborate closely with the founder executing marketing strategies remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest
  • Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue
  • Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists
  • Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs
  • Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not
  • Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Fluent Russian language
  • Fluent English at C1 level
  • Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops
  • Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers
  • Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed
  • Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers
  • Structured thinking
  • Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences)
  • Strong self-organization
  • Attention to detail
