Job Description
B2C Marketing Intern helping grow Clera's consumer-facing talent acquisition strategies. Working with founding team on marketing campaigns for attracting top talent to the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Help build and execute campaigns to attract talent to sign up on Clera's platform
- Support paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other B2C channels
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and suggest improvements
- Create engaging content for social media targeting job seekers and tech talent
- Help manage and grow Clera's social media presence across platforms
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and other content aimed at the US talent community
- Support community-building efforts to engage and retain talent on the platform
- Help organize virtual events, webinars, and AMAs for the talent community
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to improve the talent experience
- Track and report on key B2C metrics: signups, activation, engagement, referrals
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and ad creatives
- Use data to identify what's working and double down on winning channels
Requirements:
- You're currently enrolled at a US university (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) or a recent graduate
- You have a passion for B2C marketing and consumer growth
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- You think in experiments and want to see the impact of your work
- You have strong written communication skills in English
