Job Description

Desenvolvedor Backend Java evoluindo a plataforma de pagamentos do Grupo Boticário. Construindo sistemas de alta disponibilidade e a versão V2 com Crédito como Serviço.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy solutions to complex software problems, with a focus on innovation and high availability
  • Write and test code incrementally, using agile practices and thorough documentation
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical and architectural design decisions
  • Perform continuous deployment, monitoring, logging, and production application support
  • Maintain and enhance the payments platform by identifying root causes and minimizing the impact of incidents
  • Collaborate with partner teams, such as GBBS, and contribute to the technical refinement of user stories
  • Co-create future architectural decisions for the platform
  • Support the evolution of the V2 platform, including the Credit vertical (Credit as a Service)

Requirements:

  • Experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
  • Strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems (Kafka)
  • Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and engineering best practices
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Well-established experience with unit and integration testing
  • Proficiency with Git or another collaborative version control system
  • Experience configuring and managing scheduled jobs
  • Preferred: experience with financial solutions, payments, or fintech companies
  • Preferred: knowledge of frontend development
  • Preferred: experience with highly available, real-time, or fault-tolerant systems; mission-critical systems; infrastructure automation; specialized platforms; or service provisioning
  • Enthusiasm for and interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to your work
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change, dynamic environments, and uncertainty
  • Focus on performance, security, problem decomposition, abstraction, and continuous system evolution
  • Strong ability and curiosity to learn new technologies, practices, and engineering cultures
  • Ability to understand complex financial business scenarios and work effectively as part of a team
