Job Description
Channel and field marketing manager driving Cohesity’s AI-powered data security growth across Benelux. Building demand, executive engagement, and partner ecosystems, especially in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across Benelux
- Tier target accounts and personalize engagement for strategic and net-new-logo prospects
- Manage the full lead lifecycle from segmentation through sales handoff and pipeline tracking
- Work with sales and use data insights to identify in-market accounts, especially net-new-logo opportunities in the Netherlands
- Build and manage executive engagement programs for CIO/CISO-level buyers
- Build and own channel partner relationships across Benelux, focusing on the Netherlands partner ecosystem
- Align channel marketing plans with sales priorities and net-new-logo targets
- Execute co-branded marketing programs, partner campaigns, and enablement/training initiatives
- Support Benelux partners on-site as needed
- Plan and manage partner events, executive roundtables, and industry trade shows
- Support regional awareness and demand-generation campaigns
- Adapt and localize global webinars, email, and campaign content for regional use
- Collaborate on event logistics, promotion, and follow-up
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ABM account progression, and net-new-logo conversion
- Collaborate with sales, SDR, marketing operations, presales, partner teams, and global teams
- Travel regularly across Benelux to support partners and events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both channel marketing and field marketing
- Ideally, a background in ABM or vertical marketing
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the Benelux business landscape
- Experience building executive-level engagement programs with CIO/CISO-level buyers
- Experience building and maturing channel partner ecosystems, including co-branded programs and partner enablement
- Experience planning and managing field events, trade shows, and executive roundtables
- Experience managing the full lead lifecycle from segmentation through sales handoff
- Experience adapting or localizing centrally-produced marketing content for regional use
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking campaign performance and ABM/net-new-logo conversion metrics
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its application to marketing
- Clear communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholders and sales leaders
- Self-starter who takes ownership of the regional business plan
- Strong understanding of channel partnerships
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across sales, marketing operations, presales, and partner teams
- Collaborative team player
- Willingness and flexibility to be on-site with Benelux partners when needed despite the role being remote
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the job location
- Candidates outside the area must be committed to relocating prior to their start date
