Job Description

Bilingual licensed therapist delivering telemedicine counseling and evidence-based mental health treatment. Supporting Arizona patients through individual, group, and crisis-care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients through telemedicine
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Bereavement/Grief Counseling
  • Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings
  • Engage patients in their treatment plans
  • Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents as needed
  • Maintain clinic records and document service-delivery activities
  • Ensure documentation complies with clinical best practices, contracts, regulatory requirements, and legal requirements
  • Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans
  • Participate in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team
  • Participate in individual and group supervision
  • Complete ongoing education, in-services, training, post-testing, skill observation, and competency assessments

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted Arizona mental health license
  • Active, unrestricted mental health license in the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are provided
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Patient-first mindset
  • Current accumulation of 80 or more clinical supervised hours qualifies for the higher compensation range
  • Ability to work remotely and in person if required
  • Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for computer keyboard, mouse, and office equipment
  • Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence
  • Sufficient hearing ability for phone calls or virtual meetings
  • Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity
  • Successful completion of comprehensive background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
